Local Weather Forcast. Headline: Hot, dry and sunny. Today: Early mist will soon clear with the rest of the day then being dry and sunny. It will become hot inland this afternoon with just a light south to southwesterly breeze. Maximum temperature 26 °C. Tonight: This evening will continue warm with some good sunny spells before dusk. This will lead to a dry night although it is likely to turn misty in rural spots. Minimum temperature 13 °C. Sunday: Early mist will soon clear on Sunday. It will then be another dry and hot day with some good sunny spells. Maximum temperature 26 °C. Outlook for Monday to Wednesday: A good deal of dry weather is expected with sunny spells, although a few showers may crop up. Becoming cooler. UK Outlook for Wednesday 26 May 2010 to Friday 4 Jun 2010: Many parts of the UK will be largely dry through the second half of the week and into the last weekend of May. There will be sunny spells and only a slight risk of scattered showers. Northern and eastern areas are most likely to see any rain with unsettled, occasionally windy conditions with showers or rain at times. Some wintry showers are likely on the Scottish Mountains. Temperatures are likely to be near normal during the day but chilly overnight. During the weekend of the 29th/30th May it may become cooler with further showers in the north, whilst southern parts remain drier and sunnier. Although there is some uncertainty, this pattern of showers in the north and east but drier elsewhere looks likely to continue into the start of June. UK Outlook for Saturday 5 Jun 2010 to Saturday 19 Jun 2010: Although southern parts of Britain may have a relatively dry and warm start to June, it is currently expected that the weather will become generally more unsettled during the first part of the month. Rainfall totals likely to be around average in most areas, and perhaps above average in the south and east. Both temperatures and amounts of sunshine are expected to be near or slightly below average for the time of year in most places. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by alibee: May 22 2010, 07:30 AM -------------------- |
